I have extensive experience working both in the community and within acute settings, supporting people facing a wide range of life challenges, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, and brain injury or complex needs. Over the past nine years, I've had the privilege of being part of Mistley Manor's journey and contributing to the high-quality service we are proud of today. I believe that the strength of any excellent service lies in shared values and a commitment to embedding them consistently throughout the team.
