Our dedicated care team take the time to get to know every resident, writing detailed personal care plans and risk assessments that are completely tailored to your preferences and routines.
To make life easier and more comfortable, we provide thoughtful touches that go beyond traditional care, including our very own Arkwrights shop where residents can purchase everyday items. Each resident is matched with a designated Senior Carer, known as a 'keyworker,' who is your dedicated point of contact should you ever need advice, support, or simply a listening ear.
We have carefully structured our staffing so that carers can focus solely on residents, while housekeeping and dining are handled by separate teams — ensuring our care staff are always fully attentive to personal needs.
