Our dedicated care team is supported by robust systems and specialist equipment to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. We offer 24/7 care, detailed person-centred care plans, and thorough risk assessments so that every individual's medical needs are met with precision and respect. A visiting GP attends the home every Friday for routine checks, ensuring continuity of healthcare and early detection of any concerns.

Our facilities include a range of specialist equipment designed to make care safer and more effective, such as full-body hoists, Sara Steady aids, and Raizer chairs to assist residents safely from the floor. This investment in technology allows us to provide both comfort and reassurance to residents and their families. To complement this, our staff receive continuous onsite training, with all employees completing full mandatory courses including Basic Life Support and first aid.

We also place great emphasis on professional development and expertise. All senior carers hold at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, while our managers have achieved NVQ Level 5, ensuring strong leadership and clinical oversight.
